These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Duckpawl website and your purchase of products from us. By placing an order you agree to these Terms. Please also read our Privacy Policy and Shipping & Returns policy, which form part of these Terms.

2. Products & pricing
The Duckpawl interactive treat dispenser is made by an outside manufacturer and sold under the Duckpawl store name. It is described as accurately as possible, but minor variations in color or finish may occur. Prices are shown in US dollars and may change at any time; the price that applies to your order is the one displayed at checkout. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to limit order quantities.
3. Orders & payment
Submitting an order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline it (for example, if an item is unavailable or a pricing error occurred). Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we do not store your full card details. You confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
4. Shipping
We offer free shipping to the United States and Canada, with typical delivery in 7–21 days after dispatch. Orders ship from China, where our fulfilment partner dispatches them. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and may be affected by carrier or customs delays. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery. 5. Returns & refunds
You may return the product within 21 days under our happiness promise, subject to the conditions in our Shipping & Returns policy. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
6. Acceptable use & safety
Duckpawl is a supervised enrichment product for pets. Always supervise your pet, inspect the product regularly, and discontinue use if it becomes damaged. Use it only as intended, with dry food and treats.
7. Warranty & disclaimer
The product is provided “as is” except where non-excludable consumer rights apply. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties not expressly stated here.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for the product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
9. Intellectual property
The Duckpawl name, logo and the text on this site are ours. Product photos are supplied by the product’s manufacturer and are used to show you the item. Please don’t reproduce any of this content without permission.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
