Duckpawl ships free within the United States. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, and most arrive within 5–7 days after dispatch. You’ll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order is on its way. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and can be affected by carrier delays; risk of loss passes to you on delivery. We currently ship to US addresses only.

If Duckpawl isn’t the right fit for you and your pet, just reach out within 21 days of delivery and we’ll make it right with a refund or a replacement.
How to start a return
Email hello@duckpawl.com within 21 days of delivery with your order number and a quick note about what went wrong. We’ll reply within 1–2 business days with return instructions and the return address — please wait for those before sending anything back.
Condition & what’s covered
- Arrived damaged or defective? We’ll cover return shipping and send a replacement or a full refund — a photo helps us sort it out fast.
- Changed your mind? Return the item in reusable condition within 21 days. For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless we advise otherwise.
Refunds
Once we receive and check your return, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank or card provider may take a few extra days to post the funds. We’ll email you as soon as your refund is on its way.
