Shipping
Duckpawl ships free to both the United States and Canada. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and ship from China, where our fulfilment partner dispatches them, with most arriving within 7–21 days after dispatch. You’ll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order is on its way. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and can be affected by carrier and customs delays; risk of loss passes to you on delivery.
All prices are shown in US dollars (USD), including for Canadian orders, so your bank may apply its own exchange rate. Because orders ship from China, import duties or taxes can apply in some cases and are the recipient’s responsibility. We do not add handling fees of our own.

If Duckpawl isn’t the right fit for you and your pet, just reach out within 21 days of delivery and we’ll make it right with a refund or a replacement.
How to start a return
Email info@duckpawl.com within 21 days of delivery with your order number and a quick note about what went wrong. We’ll reply in writing within 1–2 business days with where the item goes, who pays the postage and what you will get back — before you spend or send anything. Please wait for that reply before shipping anything back: the return address may be outside your country, and a parcel sent anywhere else cannot be matched to your order.
Condition & what’s covered
- Arrived damaged or defective? We’ll cover return shipping and send a replacement or a full refund — a photo helps us sort it out fast.
- Changed your mind? Return the item in reusable condition within 21 days. For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless we advise otherwise. If the return address we give you is in another country, that means international postage, and we’ll tell you so before you send anything.
Refunds
Once we receive and check your return, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank or card provider may take a few extra days to post the funds. We’ll email you as soon as your refund is on its way.
