Duckpawl is a small online store based in Brampton, Ontario, Canada, operated by MOUR, a registered business name of Muhammad Zen Akhtar. We focus on doing one thing well: the Duckpawl interactive duck-shaped treat dispenser — a battery-free slow feeder and puzzle toy that turns mealtime into a rewarding game for dogs and cats.
The idea is simple. A bored, fast-eating pet is a common and fixable problem: a good enrichment toy slows down gulped meals, gives a clever pet a job to do, and channels restless energy away from the furniture — and it should be simple, safe, and affordable.
How we operate
We are an online-only shop. We keep the range to one carefully chosen product, ship free to customers across the United States and Canada, with orders dispatched from China by our fulfilment partner (typical delivery 7–21 days), and stand behind every order with a 21-day return window. Prices are in US dollars. No batteries, no subscriptions, no fuss.
We don’t manufacture the duck ourselves: it is made by an outside manufacturer and sold here under the Duckpawl store name.
